Meeting with Ms Samita, Country Manager-Pakistan-UNIOPS Asia Region

Ms. Samita Khawar-Director Growth Implementation Solutions, MENA, Frost & Sullivan had a detailed meeting with Mr. Khalid Naqi-Chief Project Lead & Advisor-ICDF and few senior faculty members at UMT on August 23, 2017, During the meeting Mr. Khalid Naqi-Chief Project Lead & Advisor-ICDF, explained him the role of ICDF in busting the myths of mistrust between all stakeholders in generating research of consequence leading to identification and closing of the gaps identified in industry and also academia.

Ms. Samita Khawar shared her insights and thoughtful advice to create Sector Wise Champions from key stakeholders to mentor students in their Idea Management through Ideation Sessions under the umbrella of ICBCC. She really appreciated the efforts of Mr. Khalid Naqi-Chief Project Lead & Advisor-ICDF and his team in taking such a comprehensive and pragmatic initiative to promote Idea Generation among students.

Ms. Samita Khawar also shed light on the need of collaboration between industry and academia for visionary research on the emerging trends and challenges to survive in the emerging realm of Disruptive Innovation. She appreciated the initiative of ICDF and gave her consent to actively participate and promote this cause as Advisor, Founder Member and also a Jury Member for ICA-ICDF.
